2. Enrolled in an accredited nursing program in the CSRA
3. Nominated (by faculty/classmate/friend/self)
   
4. Recommendation Letter from Clinical Faculty or Preceptor  demonstrating holistic thought and care or care-planning in the clinical setting. (limit one page)
   
5. HNS Award Application
6. Personal holistic nursing philosophy statement (250 word limit)
7. Submit package to [email protected] by the extended deadline of May 1, 2018.

(Preference given to local CSRA AHNA Chapter members.)

• A $100 scholarship from the CSRA AHNA Chapter
• A one-year AHNA National Student Membership
• A HNS Award Certificate
• A CSRA AHNA Chapter tote with the following items: an 'I'm a Holistic Nurse' Pin, AHNA pen, chapter t-shirt, mug, etc.
